calendar months of service, unless otherwise noted.

intended as a brief summary of the benefit plans effective April 1, 2007. In
any case where the information contained herein conflicts with the Plan
Document, the Plan Document shall govern. Full plan descriptions are available
through the Human Resources Department.
Medical and Prescription Services
We offer a wide range of benefits including comprehensive medical plan options
for you and your eligible dependents. These plans are available through two of
